These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use or access this website. Any discrepancy will be assessed by ourselves but as due care has been taken to ensure all is covered below, we will likely dismiss your concerns. Accuracy of Contents
We take extra care to ensure that the details, such as price and stock levels, on this website are correct and up to date. Should an error be found then we will contact you via email immediately. No goods will be dispatched until you have confirmed whether you wish to continue with the order. You will be given choice to cancel the order (monies will be refunded at the earliest possible opportunity) or continue with the alternative order offered. If a confirmation / cancellation email is not received from you within 14 days, your order will automatically be cancelled.
Sizing information is as specified by our individual suppliers. We aim to have this information available to you at your request. Due to the location of suppliers, some sizes have been converted to UK sizing. Please contact us directly should you have any queries regarding sizing, prior to placing an order.
High resolution images are used to ensure that the colour of products shown on screen are as accurate as possible. Please be aware that different monitors can show varying colours.
The images used to display our products have been taken by ourselves and are not supplied by any supplier, therefore are subject to copyright laws and must not be used anywhere else without our permissions. All written content on our site has been created by ourselves and should also therefore not be used elsewhere. We own the rights to our content and should it been seen elsewhere (other than advertisements created by ourselves) then we would appreciate notification. Failure to comply with the above may result in legal action.
By making a purchase using on our website you are entering a legally binding agreement between retailer (us) and consumer (you). This means that you agree to our terms and conditions. You certify that all payment methods used by you are your own and that there are sufficient funds in there to complete any purchase made. You certify that no fraudulent activity is taking place as a result of your order being processed by us. All goods purchased from ourselves are for domestic or personal use and not used for financial gain.
Roo’s Clothing reserve the right to terminate any agreement with you and to suspend/terminate your use of our site for the following reasons:
- Breach of our Terms & Conditions
- Failed payment
- Failure to provide additional information, if required, to determine identity or accuracy and validity of information provided to us by you
- We suspect that you have engaged, or about to engage in fraudulent activity which may involve roosclothing.co.uk
We do not have to notify you of any termination or suspension to the use of our site.
Standard Mainland UK delivery is charged at £3.95. For delivery offshore, European delivery charges will apply. European delivery is charged at £12.95. For delivery outside of Europe – please contact us.
Orders over £40 will not be subject to a delivery charge. It will be sent to you free of charge.
Processing time for all orders is 1-2 days. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order. We do try, where possible, to process orders on the same day with the intention of next day dispatch.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct. We will not be held liable for any failed deliveries. You will be notified, via the email address that you provide, once your order has been dispatched so please ensure that this too is correct.
Any items that you wish to return, must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are to be paid by the customer and we will not be held liable for any losses that may occur during third party postage. We therefore recommend that you take the appropriate measures to secure any item that you are sending via mail or courier. We will process returns sent after 14 days at our discretion.
Please make contact via our ‘Contact Us’ page before you return any items. We will then give you instructions on where to send your return.
We will issue a refund on any item that is returned because of a fault. Should you send your items back because you have ordered the wrong size, then we will exchange the items for a different size. If we do not have the correct size in stock, then we will issue a refund.
Items sent back must be sent back with the original labels or tags and in the original packaging. We will not accept returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original labels or tags. These items will be sent back to the sender and no exchange or refund will be issued.
All refunds will be credited to the card/account used for the initial purchase. Refunds issued will not be inclusive of any shipping/delivery costs that may have been incurred when placing the order.
Limitation of Liability
We will use all reasonable endeavours to carry out our obligations to the agreement within a reasonable period of time but will not be liable to you, the buyer for any loss, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any delays in doing so and we will not be deemed to be in breach of this agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to this agreement. If the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
The following will be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control.
- Natural disaster; explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident
- War or threat of war, sabotage, civil disturbance or requisition
- Import or export regulations or embargoes;
- Strikes, lock outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes;
- Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery;
- Power failure or breakdown in machinery
If we are prevented from carrying out is obligations in the above circumstances, we will notify you via email. If we are still prevented from carrying out its obligations 3 weeks from the dated such notice was sent, then either party may give written notice via email to the other, cancelling the agreement. If the agreement is cancelled in this way we accept no liability to compensate you for any loss or damage caused by failure to perform.
We will also hold no liability for the damage of goods once the have been dispatched. All goods are checked as packaged. See Returns above for more information. It is your duty as the consumer to ensure that you care for the product once it is in your possession. We will not be liable for any damages or costs as a result of poor product care.

We do our upmost to check these email accounts on a regular basis. Please ensure that all information provided is correct when placing an order or making contact with ourselves. We will accept no responsibility for failed correspondence due to consumer error. It is your responsibility to keep any order number or confirmation number for future reference. If we cannot find your order because you can not give us any information required, then we can not help you.
